Check out our nectarines!

The nectarine looks similar to the brugnon on the outside, but unlike the brugnon, its pit does not stick to the flesh. It is less delicate than the peach and withstands handling and transport more easily. Nectarines are packed with vitamins, trace elements, and minerals. Low in calories and very refreshing, they are the star fruit of the summer. Their tender, easily digestible fibers make them very easy to digest.

The flesh of the yellow peach is a rosy orange color; it is firm, very juicy, delicate, sweet, and has an excellent flavor. The flesh of the white peach, on the other hand, is tender, with a fairly fine texture; it is tangy, sweet, and juicy. The Nectavigne is instantly recognizable by its speckled skin, which indicates its high sugar content. The Nectavigne is a local specialty—colorful, bursting with aromas and flavors, both rustic and refined—a true discovery for lovers of fine wines.

Grown in France for about twenty years, the flat peach has become very popular in our country. It is a hardy variety with yellow or pink flesh that does not cling tightly to the pit and is not very juicy, making it a convenient fruit to eat.
