Celery
A stalk of celery weighs 30 grams on average. Unlike celeriac, it is cultivated for its very white and aromatic ribs, crunchy on the palate.
Celeriac is a variety of celery cultivated for its root with more or less white flesh; it weighs, at maturity, 800 to 1 kg. Celeriac has a pleasant nutty taste. It is mainly cultivated in the North and in the Paris region.
