Our Avocado

Avocado

Avocado is a large berry with one seed. The fruits of the most commonly marketed varieties are the size of a large lemon. Its lipid content is relatively high. Avocado is one of the most caloric fruits. However, its lipids are totally beneficial to cardiovascular health. It is particularly rich in vitamin K and B9. It is also a source of provitamin A, CB1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. The yellow / green flesh of the avocado is neither sweet nor salty, reveals a slight nutty taste, and a creamy consistency close to butter when the fruit is fully ripe. The Hass variety is an avocado variety with a dark green lumpy skin. Due to its taste, size, shelf life and high growth yield, the Hass variety is the most popular and marketed avocado in the world.
